I offer affordable cleaning services mostly for residential, but I will also do Airbnb & commercial cleaning as well. I can tailor to any specific needs, including a one time deep clean, partial house cleaning, recurring basic cleans, & so much more! I have been a SAHM for 4 years & cleaned homes on the side during those years. I have experience cleaning residentially & vacation rentals as well. I am fast paced, detail oriented & I handle every client’s specific needs & priorities with efficiency & care no matter how big or small the job may be. I believe that having a clean space is essential to good mental health & I would love to help you maintain a clean space to relax. I am pet & child friendly, compassionate & nonjudgmental & I use eco friendly products so no need to worry about nauseating chemical smells or harm to your children or pets. SERVICES
BASIC CLEAN
Cleaning all rooms of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, etc. light dishes, light tidying, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, changing linens (if clean ones are provided) sanitizing, & outside of appliances.
DEEP CLEAN
Everything that’s covered in a basic clean as well as baseboard cleaning, high dusting, deep scrubbing, etc.
PARTIAL HOME CLEANING
A basic or deep clean of specific areas of your home. This service is for those who only need help in certain areas or rooms that may have got overwhelming for you.
We are willing to tackle any job with passion no matter how big or small or may be!
POLICIES
-Canceling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 charge. -While we are pet friendly, please put timid or aggressive pets in safe location while we work.-Pricing may vary, quotes are often just an estimate & may change if the project requires more time & effort than originally anticipated. -We do not clean biohazards (animal or human feces or bodily fluids).-We do not require that you pick up before we arrive, however it will take more time for us to do so & may result in a higher price. -The amount of time it may take to complete the project may vary. -We do not issue refunds, I work very hard to ensure satisfaction, however, if you are unsatisfied with our work please let us know within 24 hours & we will discuss from there. - The only appliance we clean the inside of is microwaves, however we can clean inside ovens & fridges for an additional charge. - While dusting we may not dust under objects that may break easily unless specifically asked to do so & in which case, if something is broken Natures Maid & it’s workers may not be held liable. - We may require a deposit for new clients, the deposit will go towards the total price of the cleaning.
